There you have it. A network of non-profits ran by Elizondo, Nolan, and Loeb, with funding from Thiel. That was the plan for the original UAP legislation. #ufosky

That explains a few things including why Lue reached out for a meeting w me... he said something about this, that he was putting together a board and would be in touch. I didn't like what I was feeling and seeing and didn't move towards him. I have stayed away from that entire situation.

Vallee & I debunked Salla years ago so I thought that was weird. We both presented at the CNES GEIPAN conference in 2022, he focused on his Trinity research, seemed weak. Sat w me at a table, seemed like maybe he is feeling his age, wasn't terribly coherent and engaging but he is getting on in years

I don't think he was... its was all about the marketing and trying to make a case-of-all-cases out of it... and Jacques isn't really that kind of guy.... did some great work and Trinity is interesting but I agree with you, it all felt off. He is a sincere person. Like I said, I didn't resonate much with him though his experience and knowledge were valuable to the NARCAP effort. I would never think of him as a grifter though he may indeed have some inside knowledge that he isn't or can't share. I appreciate the multinational approach.
