we’re 2 days past the deadline; did oracle respond?

They asked for an extension, and we gave it to them. The USPTO trademark board would have granted it regardless

Can they keep asking for extensions? Or is there a reasonable limit to it?

Not forever, no

But what does is mean? In familiar with the previous proceedings but don’t grock this pdf

It just means that Oracle acknowledges the dispute

It means Oracle lawyers don't take time off for the holiday period
