An occasional reminder: include visits to your status page as part of your monitoring suite. If all of your systems are showing green, but visits spike, then your observability stack is incomplete.

That status-page signal is a great example of monitoring user-visible reality rather than only internal health. A spike in visits can be the first indication that an incident is confusing people even while every service metric stays green.
