There needs to be a universal living wage where being alive is enough to receive it. A decent society should take care of its' vulnerable, that's where I want my taxes to go. Contributing doesn't have to mean traditional employment either.

Everyone can contribute to a society. Just not to a society like the one currently in place, where only people with certain personality traits make it.
