Boards of Education, routinely audited by the MoEd, have purchasing departments. They source the most appropriate vendors. Teachers are now expected to do this. This is incomprehensible incompetence perpetrated by the very minister of education.

I know they say “never attribute to malice that which can be explained by incompetence” But sometimes it’s both
