I got in 22 miles this week after taking a couple of weeks off for a wedding and a vacation. It felt good to be able to pick pretty much where I had been. The heat has been a tough hurdle though, I have to run pretty early before it gets real hot. Temps in 100’s predicted for next 10 days.

I think I'm dealing with the heat really well. This is all gonna pay off in the fall
