I think there's a couple options missing at the bottom optional section for _Nelementsof as header/capitalized keyword? Unless that's intentional, I just noticed the combination missing

There's an explanation as to why it's like that! (It's a long word that appears in ~0 codebases, and thus has no impact if we standardize it the Normal Way.)
