Thinner than the outright lie - "Iraq has weapons of mass destruction" - repeated for months despite UN inspectors showing evidence it didn't. "Well look at these satellite pics - showing steel fence posts - you'll believe these are weapons components, yeah?" 74% of the US: Give them Shock & Awe!
