This summer's ice cream insufficiency is beginning to be rectified! Was in Collingwood earlier running errands and grabbed Ube & Chocolate Ganache from Nicky's (Sampled their Soursop & Butter Tart flavours too👌🏽) Always love uncommon flavours, especially small batch. Gimme some to dream about?

LOVE ube, yes please! Also, I drink soursop tea for health reasons but I can't imagine it being good in a dessert. It tastes like grass. 🤷‍♀️

Oh yeah? I found it a bit more tart than grassy. Like if pineapple and vanilla had a baby, almost? Also... How do you feel about matcha? 🤔 👀

I love matcha! But then, I love all green teas. (Even though I'm drinking a golden latte at the moment...) True, the soursop I have is a *tad* tart I guess? Maybe it isn't very fresh & that's why it seems bland. Or maybe the ice cream had something else that made up for the soursop being bland?
