Sounds familiar….

My generation was fortunate. Houses were affordable to those on low or single incomes. But I'm getting tired of the narrative that it's the fault of immigrants, legal or otherwise. 1980s right to buy policies decimated the stock of social housing.

Where I live houses are going up all over the place… green land disappearing for brick cities with postage stamp gardens or astroturf - yet Homeless still sleeping in car park stairwells & doorways, town centre dying, & prices rocketing because we’re a commuter town for London #brokenBritain

Margareth Thatcher sorri no inferno.
