the hilarious thing is that if the government really wanted they could make so much better. they own the library of congress. they own the smithsonian. they own the CIA library. they own the NSA CSS library. they own the national science foundation - oh

"...during the Maduro raid, in which Claude was used." Don't even need to get further than the picture caption for things to get rancid, huh.

I sincerely hope anthropic tells Hogsbreath to go fuck himself. the people of America will still be here long after trump and his whole gang of criminals is dead or behind bars (or both) FUK TRUMP

I think the chance that ever ends up actually happening is maybe like 2%. But it's a really nice dream. (And anyone who thinks a Gavin Newsom is *ever* gonna let something like that happen is an absolute fucking idiot.)

> The use of Claude in the Venezuela operation came through Anthropic's partnership with Palantir, the AI software company. etc.

They have access to it, it was used in the Venezuela raid, it was granted in 2024, however it was revoked for civilian surveillance There’s a reason they want this.

But in the same sense Claude is designed to use people’s habits, like music, social media shopping(Amazon is a partner) browsing history and to take the learned lead in people’s hereditary habits and patterns. It’s why they want it.

I mean I feel for you guys down there, but fucked up..but also at this point any action or request should be treated as something with a hidden agenda But also Plantir and these guys are partnered

Seems like a marketing campaign designed to convince us that anthropic are the good guys and that their leadership has morals. Doubt either is even remotely true.
