The worst part is if you stop scrolling and watch a little bit or worse, accidentally like a video, the IG algorithm is like, "You liked that? Here's eighty million more videos just like it. This is your new persona."

Reels is bad and also their pushing of threads annoys me. I'm trying YouTube shorts and maybe some longer form stuff would be better for my brain. Watched part of Ted talk this morning ftw
