How do log a ticket about a "restricted name" trying to create a character when there is 0 chance the name is in any way offensive / breaks rules. I use this name and variations on all other WoW versions.

I got in after 45 minutes.

After "Retrieving Server Information" message, every time it's "You have been disconnected. (WOW51900102)". No way to get in.

do you need an active subscription in order to reserve a Forever name?

Glad to know it's not just me getting the d/c error after waiting in the queue and seeing the "Retrieving server information" notification. Sheesh...20+ years later and we're STILL struggling with the most basic things.

I ended up having to download Windscribe - a VPN app that allowed me to connect to Los Angeles. I live in NM. After I installed and used this VPN, I was able to connect without issue. It is free (with limited use). It was perfect for this need.

Stellar job once again Blizzard. Bravo!
