Granted, my gym in Norway was in a rural area with mainly a bunch of farmers. People in rural areas tend to be less fit than urbanites. I most likely wouldn’t have been one of the most fit guys in a gym in Oslo.

Can confirm; the city men in that region are goddamn stacked. Every time I've been to Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland it's been quite the treat.

A large percentage of people in Utah also have Scandinavian ancestry, so they are quite similar to the guys you’ve seen. I’m actually half Norwegian, and probably would’ve looked more like them, but I had a pituitary tumor that decreased my growth hormone, among other things.
