How Kansas City undermines multifamily at every level, making the most economically productive housing typology less amenitized and more expensive: Despite being a residential building, our address doesn't count as residential and does not qualify for the city's dumpster program.

We are 1/2 a block for 84 residences. One water main and one sewer pipe. We pay extra for our own security and neighborhood cleanliness services. We pay extra for streetcar and take cars off of the streets. We pay for our own trash and recycling. And we pay the same prop taxes as everyone else.
