Assuming 'broken' is accurate, what's the remedy. To those who say 'abolish', two questions: 1 - Who will prosecute the Title 8, US Code, mission? 2 - From where will you get replacements any different than the ICE pers you have now?

Our federal tax dollars go toward a system that abuses us and violates our civil rights, while our local and state taxes go toward a system that either helps the abusers or stands by and watches while telling us how we need to go out and protest/document despite the high risk of being shot.
