❓Question: I haven’t received a reply about my Supply Crate request or the photos I sent in, did you receive it? ➡️Answer: We do not reply to Supply Crate requests once the form has been submitted or emails sent to photos@stackup.org. We do not have the manpower to send out 100-5000 replies a week.

❓Question: I just submitted my request. How long until I receive a Supply Crate? ➡️Answer: We now have over 17,000 Supply Crate requests. Due to funding, manpower, and console supply, we can only fill ~200 a year. Which means it could decades unless we get a huge funding boost.

❓Question: I didn’t catch the email to send photos to so I could finish my request. What was the email? ➡️Answer: The email is photos@stackup.org. If you do not submit your photos showing a proof of service, your request will not be considered.
