One part in that song gripped me, a shortened version of a quote from Andrew Wiles, and I just loved it: “I describe my life in mathematics as a darkened mansion, I stumble into furniture, seeking the switch, to cast a feeble light on my secret endeavor”.

I was gobsmacked at how great that metaphor was - If I had learned this story in school, I would have LOVED my Math classes!!! I went down a rabbit hole, read about him, watched this BBC documentary on Fermat's Last Theorem and Andrew Wiles life long passion. www.dailymotion.com/video/x223gx8

I highly suggest watching to understand what this all means. This story is what helped me understand how incredible the field is. It gave me respect for people who love their craft, their art, and their life long dedicated effort.

The Math field is experiencing something that BLOCKS these kinds of incredible human centered stories after OpenAI published the (possible) solutions to over 370 hard problems in math. It will impact so much - so many of these human centered challenges and stories were washed away.
