Not a word is said about their families that sold these poor girls into sex slavery abroad. . A lot of these "women" were children themselves when they were trafficked.

I agree that many of the ISIS brides were trafficked - not 'sold' by their families as you suggest, but rather were deceived / groomed online (like most trafficking victims were nowadays).

There's no one reason why the women joined #ISIS & they certainly weren't all sold. Some believed in the ISIS “caliphate” & wanted to build a pure Islamic state; some felt Islam was under attack & they were obliged to retaliate; some just wanted a close sisterhood...& others trafficked. #Auspol
