Can the pipeline give the next agent only the failed check and its relevant context, rather than making it read the entire run?

Yeah, RWX is very test suite aware since 95% of the time a CI pipeline fails it's in a test. The `rwx results` CLI command gives a parsed list of failed tests. If the agent needs more context, `rwx logs` can provide it. The results are very granular.
