oh hell yea a great use of the new pinned message api

I've been waiting for this day

ever since pinned messages were a thing i've wanted to make it so that if i reply to a message with !pin or somethin it would pin that message, closest i could get to that before this was just moving that message to a fixed point on screen

if we have a message already pinned, does it overwrite the pin or is it more like a hype-train kind of pinned message that still maintains the original pinned message?

that's my concern as well, it might take a lot of memory/DB space to save pinned messages and repin then after an ad break though

answered on the site No, it does not overwrite existing pins
