I *strongly* suspect there is more to this being on lists sounds innocuous, until you think about what they can do with those mischaracterisation ‘maliciously slandering someone’ means a lot more than it did 5 years ago the US is empowering agencies to scan peoples’ media for random shit

This is what will ultimately come back to haunt Trump the most. Firing people, stealing from them, ruining the economy are bad enough, but human rights abuses will get you locked up for life. Nobody can escape time and everything that rises falls.

Maybe, but long after the suffering of many. For sure, he goes down in history as a reviled man with the times he oversaw — but will he outlive the great awakening of his cult?
