I heard she closed down the remaining factory in Dronefield, Derbyshire

That ending hit me like a truck x3

Tbh this is all just clever marketing Prior to conversion, subject report that it is more fun this way

Smh millennials killed the drone industry

I don't want to think of a furry Margaret Thatcher... That topic goes in the same bin as the fact that there were WWII references in Cars.

Well you see, each drone factory was competing for the same spot as a universal standard drone.

Amazing

Imagining the rust belt but for drone factories. Former dronification towns now shells of themselves, filled with dejected ex-kinksters, their children fleeing the town en masse to find work/irreversible drone tf elsewhere...

or, they were never actually abandoned, but the logistics and paperwork for dronification of a trespasser was much simpler than for volunteers, so they just made all factories look incredibly trespassable!

Revolution and overthrow of capitalism. Dronification without consent and safeguards was a tool of the now-dead ultrarich, and must be crushed without mercy.

it all leads back to the milk snatcher...

sum gud furry worldbuilding right there and then there's margaret thatc just chillin

Most drone factories are actuallydoing fine Abandoned Factories georg who leaves all their facilities to make overgrown plant drones is an outlier

maybe do not mass predoce drones and then not sell the suits, we sell our suits and our factories are quite well working

And not a good one, like the CPC with disk drive. Something like the eM@ailer.

Should have taken the gas mask/respirator that was given to you at the start!

oh no... I accidentally touched the mysterious black goo and not I'm stuck in it...

“The problem with replacing the workforce with drone-workers is that eventually you run out of workforce” or however the quote goes

Maggie Thatcher the Drone Snatcher

That’s so real babe

Good to see a dronification factory that still makes mindless obedient rubber toys the old-fashioned way
