Last month, we went looking for new football writers to support our next era. Next week, we'll be introducing them to you. Announcing SCOUTED's Festival of Football Writing: a week of free-to-read football essays by new writers to kick off your 2026/27. We hope you'll accept our invitation 💌

During next week, we'll be sending one free essay to subscriber's inboxes every day. In addition, we'll drop the paywalls across our most popular content, including SCOUTED50 and 2026 Volumes. We want to kick off 2026/27 by celebrating football writing as a form - we think it deserves flowers.
