It wasn't a "miscarriage of justice." It was a bald-faced reprehensible lie and Pirro and Trump should be forced to pay court costs and damages.

Having appeared in court repping a govt (for me NYS) I’m embarrassed for the US attorney having to dance in the head of Jeanine Pirro’s drunken pin here: “There’s no case here but maaaaaybe if we think real hard we could sometime find one so let’s leave it open so the loon at 1600 PA Ave is happy”.
