How to spot the difference: “The “Verified” most likely an LSA Ad (For now) Call, Book Now, Quote, Message = Most likely an LSA as the platform charge per interaction. “Get Directions” or a “Website“ buttons more likely a Google Ad, using a GBP connection, as they are default conversion actions.

When in doubt, check adstransparency.google.com as LSAs do not show up in the ad transparency tool, Google ads do.
