Im so tired

i take you dont mean the "i need to sleep" kind of tired but the other one right? if so is there any way i could help you dear

Its like, a horrible mix of being both physically and mentally tired, but this is not the first time this has happened to me so no need to worry about it

was suspecting was something similar hun when was the last time youve taken a full break? as in, attending what you absolutely need to and then just, take some time purely for yourself to rest or do whatever makes you feel better

maybe another day of rest to recharge your energies could be helpful so you dont overwork yourself, that is as important if not more than college. girl you deserve a rest :cc

(also worth mentioning ofc if theres something worrying you in particular sharing it with someone you trust could also help ease some of that exhaustion)

I am going to talk to my therapist today so at least i do have that going for me today
