I was running into this same issue *while logged in* via Firefox (version 146) with UBlock disabled. I was able to get around the error by opening the page in Chrome, without needing to log in.

Thanks for looking into it, however, it would be nice to be able to predictably recreate it so it can be fixed. On Firefox 146.0 on my end, the CAPTCHAs work fine, even with UBlock enabled.

Just to add, I was able to solve this in Firefox by logging out of RDHI, and it remains fixed for me after logging back in. Probably just a malformed login session or something? But I've shared what I could find in the Site Feedback channel.
