The trump administration has no reason to believe that defying instructions will lead to real consequences. So of course, they're gonna keep doing it. The rest of us have no reason to believe anything different than that. There's nothing even shocking about this anymore.

One of the major issues facing the judicial system in this country is what can be done when court rulings are ignored. Since Trump has been on the scene, this has become an ever increasing problem.

Shame on Judge Reyes for enabling the destruction b/c she relied on an "informal agreement" with the administration. She admits she could have issued an injunction to protect the site, but assumed, despite all evidence to the contrary, that the Trump administration was operating in good faith.

It’s a crying shame. Just to give Trump a golf course that looks like in the 1920 again. He’ll never look like the Great Gatsby, no matter how hard he tries.

OMFG cutting down trees when he was told not to lost his credibility??, not starting wars and bombing boats in international waters, spreading BS daily, lying every time he opens his mouth, no, cutting down trees when he was told not to, about the 10,000 thing he's done when he's been told not to.

Was there not a judicial order preventing this? Then why wasn’t it enforced? Without enforcement, orders are meaningless. They didn’t cut down 500 trees overnight. If there was a judicial order to not cut down my neighbor’s tree and I did it anyway, I’d expect the authorities to show up.

Republicans don’t respect the law, judges, separation of powers or constitutional limitations on governmental power and why should they? The American people keep electing them so clearly don’t care about those things either.

This is all in good Tearing into the felons Administration but it’s not going to do any good until the Republicans get brave , in T’s face, strength in numbers among the Senators & House of Representatives&his own administration&show some patriotism & -Amen25 & be shamed of being cowards.
