Have you (like me 🫣) misunderstood the concept of a backwards-write in Compose? Well we have some new content on this topic! What is a backwards write? Its when state is modified in a later phase or downstream scope than where it was originally read from.

What can it cause? Unexpected layout flashing, frame drops or infinite loops 🫳🏻📸🔂 - nobody wants that 🙂‍↔️ For example - writing to a state in layout modifier, that’s read in earlier composition, can cause this kind of problem.
