Thanks for the heads up, would you mind putting this deprecation/recommended path in the official communication channel as well? developer.android.com/jetpack/andr... has no info about any of this, just that it was removed. It looks like a breaking change for no reason in a minor release.

Having easy access to the Icons library has been amazing for quick iteration on what works/looks better on my projects. Making developers download every single asset individually plus adding to every project is a step backwards.
