Arrest without charge and possible deportation is criminalizing dissent. If we don't push against this, America ceases to be a democracy where laws and free expression matter

He was illegally arrested, illegally detained, disappeared from his wife and his lawyer, illegally threatened with deportation. The judge should not have been needed as none of what happened was a legal process. You can't strip away a green card unless someone commits a crime. He did nothing wrong

This is what happens when you invent an immigrant problem and you promise massive deportations, but there isn't really as much of an issue as you claimed and your deportation numbers are the same as the guy you complained about for not doing enough
