I remember what you said about that fact that we are still good people. I have been struggling with the fact that the Catholic people I grew up with got such a different message than me. I thought it was about love thy neighbor, feed the poor, help the immigrant and I hear silence or support.

I'm talking to them in person, and watching what they say on Nextdoor. Fox and FB have many terrified of boogiemen coming from all directions. Good news is that a lot of smart people have moved into the county in recent years. I used to be the only rational voice. Hoping for the best. 💙
