Coffee nerds, assemble! I have a Sage/Breville Barista Express Impress. Lately, it's been slow to start building pressure, which should happen about 6-7 seconds into the brew. I've changed beans and tried finer grinds. What's going on?

Possibly needs descaling again, though I’m pretty sure I did that about a month ago… Not sure about the water quality, just using tap water with the filter then in the machine.
