I've been trying to get a refund for my Nofio since April (before I even received it) because I learned that I was to become a father of 2, meaning that my VR room became a babyroom. IMRNext just updated me with this fantastic email saying that they might have a delay during the holiday season.

Yes I'm aware of the NDA I had to sign, but I've also completely given up hope that they'll actually refund this. When you have to wake up 4 times each night to feed two underweight little creatures, a random company that scammed you across the world is the least of your concerns.

I love how they are implying they won't have it sorted in 9 more days and to just expect no response from them for an even longer period. It doesnt point to something good if they "can't get the clearance" for a refund
