ok so - I'm 'left handed' in that I draw and write with my left hand, and use chopsticks with my left hand - but I do absolutely everything else as a right handed person. When I did tae kwon do my right leg was my strongest etc. But I cannot write or draw well with my right hand!

Yes! Except probably for very different reason... I was originally fully right handed but an accident when I was a kid meant I had to learn to write left handed. I more or less recovered but never quite got full dexterity or feeling back in my right hand (maybe 95%?)...

So I write left handed and do anything requiring finer dexterity with my left hand but I throw with my right, play guitar right handed, hold rackets or bats on the right, etc. I can kinda write right handed now but it's not great - probably a little better than most right ppl's left hand writing

Left-handers are less consistent in their hand preference across various activities (than right-handers) as the environment "forces" them to use tools made for right-handers. For example, scissors are usually formed to fit the shape of the right hand.

Best I've got is I'm right handed but I shoot bows and guns left handed (but that has more to do with vision than handedness) and I skate goofy footed (but footedness is actually split like 50/50 and doesn't have the same preference that handedness does)
