felt like GDQ was in a bit of a lull for a few years but these past few events have been really good, i love all the new details like the break channels and predictions and ui updates, i love the increasingly absurd (/pos) runs (nsmbw piano, crazy taxi),

and i love the increasing focus on the runners (the full cam for adef's calculator run and the start of super metroid)! i'd honestly love if they leaned even more into it; full cam would have been great for xem's opera, and honestly ESA's big ass runner cams on their layouts have kinda grown on me
