I’m sat next to someone on a train who’s pouring her heart out about a relationship into ChatGPT. I feel awful for her but at the same time, we as a species are so so doomed.

It'll pass, I hope. It's new and people don't know enough about it to combat the hype, but enough exposure will hopefully teach most people some skepticism.
