Any update on the possible Hagerstown, MD facility? Rep. April McCain Delaney (D) has been pumping out ads 24/7 saying she's fighting to stop it but I don't trust her at all. She betrayed us by voting to thank ICE & she also voted to condemn socialism right when Zohran won. Classic corporate lib BS.

Hey! As of early Jan., ICE owns the facility outright. Washington County has signaled that they will not intervene to hold up permitting or other work. We wrote about one resident who is filing to become a consulted party due to alleged issues with how the sale and comment process occurred.
