Fwiw this does nothing on its own unless you have one or more agents installed, it’s just a local comms protocol. Still shitty, but not particularly insecure or irresponsible; you’d need to forward the exact port it uses for it to become an infosec problem.

PSA: The latest NVIDIA App update adds a Default-ON option that allows AI Agents to control the app... Might want to turn it off.. Even aside from being lame AI features, that feels like making security even worse by defaulting it ON.
