It took me awhile, but I finally got to the point where I am financially self-sufficient and could retire comfortably. I work not because I have to, but because I want to. I hope most people get to that point. Money doesn't buy you happiness. You just need enough to live a comfortable life.

Was standing right by you and Kara while you waited for car after show. Really wanted to say “Guys- just a warning. The seafood for the shrimp and sushi only arrives every 3rd day at the Signature Aviation terminal. So it might not be as good as usual.” I passed but still think it’s a winner.

They think ASPD, a complete lack of empathy known as sociopathy, affects about 6% of American men & 4% of our women. It seems more but once you add racism, bigotry & fear of 'other' the numbers of trump voters start ticking up. Add flaming narcism and here we are.

1/ There is one level above that thinking. How about live your life in a balanced way.You produce and take no more or less than you need to live a good life. That way you need not to "give back at the end" since you never took more than you needed. Sometimes the "pie" can't be bigger than the plate.

2/ in the age of Advanced Automation there are two paths in front of us. One, the one we'll walk inertial with our eyes and hearts closed that will lead to a "Hunger Games" kind of world and the other one that can lead us to a StarTrek like society of power balance. What will we choose?

Sadly the system heavily rewards the selfish people. See Musk, Bezos, Zuckerberg... I regularly see people that could use any help they can get. I cant ever be a billionaire purely because I couldn't live with myself knowing I could help but dont and buy a yacht instead.

Giving is proportional. I know those at the lower levels of our economy give proportionally more than any billionaire. In the eighties during the recession, we lost everything-our business, house...everything. One week after church a friend pulled up next to us as I was getting the baby into

a car seat. He opened the trunk and proceeded to load boxes and bags into ours. He said "If I have a loaf of bread you have half a loaf. If I have two chickens you have one chicken." This man had worked for NAACP and came to the Midwest when KKK put a bounty on him. I'm richer than Musk
