I always do them a week or two apart and only in the one arm. You are brave than I!

If you ever get the stabs for rabies, you’ll yearn for a good old-fashioned flu or COVID stab.

Got this shot (in the same Northgate room I think) on Saturday and the Covid arm was way worse than the Flu arm for me. Covid arm still a bit achey 2 days later now. Flu arm feels fine.

Congratulations, o well-protected bugge

Leave a doppleganger!!

I think the arm that hurt me most this year was flu, so that tracks. Other arm was completely fine, flu arm was sore most of the weekend. Remember to move your arms around, flap like a chicken, to keep the stiffness and soreness at bay! Good luck!

Flap your arms around like you're trying to fly after, in circles! It helps with the muscles knotting where you got jabbed. Doesn't help your immune system going full on red alert though, sorry. 😆

YMMV but I often, though not always, have a stronger reaction to the COVID vax than the flu.

I split mine up, flu tomorrow, covid two weeks ago. Strap in, because just covid had me floored the day after. 😭

the lady that gave me my first one several years ago now recommended alternating tylenol & ibuprofen from jab time to bedtime to reduce the side effects (unsolicited advice, I know, but if it can help I'd rather say it)
