10. Shell would make inflicting damage hard, but this thing's predatory instinct would be laughable. Easy takedown.

9. Pecks would hurt, but James is several times larger than this bird. Can start debating hypotheticals if there was a flock of 20+.

6. Shifty and unpredictable. Looked it up and some poisonous frogs are green, so this would be a 70/30 battle.

5. True wild card. If, canonically, it's part hedgehog part moth, it would need to do a lot of work to tire him out, but it's possible. If part mosquito, it could be carrying something worse than any other creature on this list. James remains the favorite.

4. He can swim, but doubt well enough to ward this thing off before fatigue sets in. Coin toss.

3. Sloths are sneaky strong and have dangerous claws. We have to assume this one has been cross-bred with a hedgehog, making it even more physically resilient. In a wrestling match, this thing wins in 3 rounds via TKO.

2. That's a lot of tentacles. The glasses do a good job of softening its aesthetic, but this thing is cunning and frankly dangerous. In open water? He's toast.

1. No contest. Look into those eyes. This thing would beat him with the trash can lid on its head and try to eat him afterwards.
