Hate to sound like an old codger, but nowadays baseball uniforms just don”t look as cool as they did in the 1970s…even the lousy MLB teams dressed out badass…

“1973-‘74 San Diego Padres Sand Knit jersey. This is a prototype jersey made by Sand Knit to try and get the Padres to wear their jerseys instead of Wilson. Beautiful jersey measures 19" from armpit to armpit and 29" from top to bottom. Beautiful one of a kind jersey would make a great display”

When I was in little league, our teams were named after local businesses. I was on the Grocery Sack, Beaverton Datsun, etc… 30 years later, when I was president of the same little league, we used branded jerseys.

Wanted you to know that I think I spotted an error on your Chicago Cubs uniform page. In one photo you stated it was Bobby Murcer. However, the hitter is wearing #22 and is batting right-handed. Murcer wore #7 and is a lefty.
