I've still been collecting yet more plastic from last year's fireworks this week in the garden! You could go for a "Statutory nuisances" against the parish council?

I guess the "noise" nuisance would be more likely to work. There are a lot of complaints on FB about noise from those fireworks but nobody cares about pollution. (That may be why Quedgeley types kept voting for the incinerator-friendly guy, whose name I forget, who used to be the GlosCC leader.)

How about "Firework debris left on the ground are considered litter" so the council will be littering as they won't pick up all the debris will they?
