If schedule, pax experience, and route options are not an issue, should I transfer my Chase to points to Virgin (to fly Delta) or JetBlue, for a domestic transcon?

If you are going domestic transcon (ie JFK/LAX), I'd go with Delta, especially on a 767. In spite of the things that you say are not an issue, Delta still hits every other mark out there. Oh yea, also a good chance to pickup some pilot trading cards while you're at it.
