Two new tools on www.streamspigot.com: - Sky Feeder generates a feed of your Bluesky timeline - Tweeter Feeder generates per-account feeds for that other site Together with the existing Masto Feeder tool, this lets me continue to pretend to live in 2011, consuming everything in a feed reader.

And there's a blog post with some behind-the-scenes details (spoiler: agents were involved) and some additional tips (finally found a use for the JSON Feed format): blog.persistent.info/2026/06/how-...

This is awesome, congrats on launching! Great writeup too. I've read social media exactly the same way for years/decades now. Fediverse via @ap.brid.gy, Bluesky via bluesky-atom.appspot.com (same functionality as Sky Feeder), Twitter via github.com/snarfed/twit... before they paywalled the API.

I've tried on and off to use Nitter, but it's never been reliable. Tweeter Feeder seems better so far. Thank you! Any chance you'd consider adding a retweets toggle? I have that in bluesky-atom, lets me follow accounts I care about but only for their original tweets, not their (prolific) retweets.

Missed this yesterday - adding a "Exclude retweets" option was pretty straightforward, should be live now.

Woo thank you!!!

Oh, also, looks like you're using OAuth for Bluesky? Their OAuth tokens have a two week expiry, right? Are you doing something special to handle that? I switched bluesky-atom.appspot.com from app password to OAuth a while back, but had to revert because of that. Still not sure what to do there. 😕

My understanding based on docs.bsky.app/blog/oauth-i... is that Sky Feeder should qualify as a confidential client and thus should end up with 2+ year sessions as long as they're refreshed periodically.
