This matches what I see. Give the agent a browser and a shell and it invents ten ways to fill one form. One deterministic MCP tool beats a clever agent. Do you version the field-map schema separately from the tool?

yeah, we keep the field-map versioned separately from the tool itself. it's json keyed by field name so form updates (irs loves tweaking these) ship without touching the binary. one deterministic tool plus versioned data beats baking form quirks into code.
