Giving an LLM agent a PDF-filling tool over MCP means one call it can't get wrong: send a field map, get bytes back, no browser session to babysit and no binary for the agent's sandbox to lack. Wrote up the tool schema. #webdev

This is exactly what we're building for. Having a deterministic way to map fields and get bytes back is much more reliable than agentic browser automation.

deterministic field mapping beats browser automation until you hit XFA forms, pdf-lib family just drops that layer silently on save. anything touching current IRS or USCIS PDFs needs to handle that explicitly or the fill looks fine until someone opens it in the wrong viewer
