Since when are the American people called “foreign countries”?

Aw c’mon Phillip! He said so! And by the way, he didn’t name them ‘Trump Tariffs’ either!

I wish someone would ask Trump to explain how exactly does Customs collect the tariff from the government of the exporter’s country? Does the Customs agent go to the exporting port and collect it before the ship departs? Do they send the country a bill?

Pretty obvious who pays them when you look at who is suing to get their refunds
